Manju Deo

I have been in the corporate world for many years and have experienced how the relentless stresses, deadlines, sales and targets had impacted my life and taken me off my path, resulting in physical problems, mental challenges, emotional insecurities, low self-esteem, unhappy relationships, just to name a few.

I was introduced to Kinesiology when finding my way back from the death of my husband and mother. It helped me so much at the time and without realising it, it helped me grow and come out of my shell. Feelings of not being good enough, not skinny enough, not smart enough, not rich enough and all other insecurities started to disappear.

I decided that I wanted to help women and men achieve a peaceful and empowering balance in life, where they can manage their career and family life, whilst still achieving their personal pursuits of happiness and realising their dreams. I know it sounds impossible, but I can help you reach these goals.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is an evidence-based communication tool that enables a person to assess and upgrade their performance in all areas of their life such as their career, health, relationships, spiritual growth, love, success and happiness in order to achieve their goals. I get feedback from the unconscious mind via the conscious mind (through muscle testing) to get a picture of where the blocked energies are so I can help them move beyond their fears to achieve high levels of wellness by restoring the flow of their own natural energies in order to operate at their maximum potential as a human being. As a kinesiologist, I encourage, guide and enable my clients to look after their own health, mental and spiritual well-being, and productivity in order to perform at their optimum level.

The aim of kinesiology is to create a state of health and harmony by bringing all aspects of that person into balance.

Through Kinesiology, we can help clients with the following

  • Identify their goals and clear the blockages that stop them from achieving success.
  • Achieve a work-life balance, with joy and harmony.
  • Gain confidence in children and young adults in their own abilities.
  • Reduce physical ailments and improve their sports performance and recovery times.
  • Overcome weight and physical issues. anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression.
