Group Meditation

Our 8 week program, (maximum 10 clients), is a great place to begin if you are new to meditation and mindfulness, or looking to refine and develop your skills. If you have a busy mind (and life), lack discipline and can’t sit still, that’s no problem. Our approach is simple, realistic and practical. If you’re anxious, stressed, overtired, overwhelmed, or tend to overthink, the program will help you to better manage even your most troubling thoughts and emotions.

You’ll learn how to:

  • relax your body
  • calm your mind and improve your focus
  • rest deeply and fall asleep
  • manage pain and maintain good health
  • think clearly and creatively.

 

A 60 minute group session to help you connect to your body, to your breath, reset, revitalize and decompress from stress and tension.

One-On-One Beginners

Our 8 week program is a great place to begin if you are new to meditation and mindfulness, or looking to refine and develop your skills. Private consultations allow you to explore and develop your capacity to meditate in a relaxed atmosphere, and one-on-one attention provides the time and space to find ways of meditating that work for you.
