- Can't attend the clinic location.
- Want to save time and have the convenience of access to expert online physiotherapy care in their own home.
- Would like a second opinion to their injury, condition or management, from an expert physiotherapist.
- Would like to access our unique digital services from anywhere in Australia.
- Are restricted by disability or injury, making it difficult to attend an appointment.
- Live in rural or remote areas.

Additional advantages of Telehealth/Online consultation (from client's perspective)
- Not having to deal with traffic and parking.
- For parents, there is no need to arrange your appointments around your child or engage a baby-sitter.
- Prevent your pain and symptoms going untreated and digressing, despite not being able to attend our clinic in-person.
Despite that we love to see our clients face to face in our clinic, Telehealth/Online consultation is an incredible alternative during times where it may be easier for you to stay home.
What do you need to run a successful Telehealth/Online consultation?
- Good Internet Connection.
- Access to computer, laptop (with Webcam/Microphone), tablet or phone.
- A comfy area to sit down with an appropriate setup for your device.
- Some space surrounding you, for when we get to the active part of our session. The active component of your online video consult (Telehealth) may include home exercises, self-massage, mobility work or stretching.
What can you expect from a Telehealth/Online consultation?
- We will ask you series of questions about your injury or condition.
- We will safely guide you through a series of tests and movements to diagnose your injury or condition.
- We will develop a recommended action plan.
- We will educate you through our digital software.
- We take you through a range of exercises.
- We may demonstrate self-release and self-massage techniques.
- We may offer movement and activity modification advice.
- We will answer and address any concerns you may have in regards to your current program or progress.
- We may send you resources and treatment material that will help in understanding your injury or problem.
